A more refreshing take on the debate over individualism, anchored by a performance only Robert Pattinson could deliver. Its biggest flaw was its tendency to wander, could have really used a 20 or 30 minute reduction.

This movie is a poor attempt at a historical epic, but an incredible as a greek tragedy. Most likely the greatest film imagined singed the turn of the century. A plot so engaging that you can’t help but keep up, but so compellingly complex that you cannot truly explain it. No other film so empathetically acknowledges nihilistic motivations while also managing to overcome its implications in a manner so incredible it would make Camus himself weep.
