Anora is a tragic, comedic, and honest film that depicts the dreams of a sex worker escaping their daily life for something better and the realities of life that come and wake us up.
Mikey Madison is a standout and her performance really carries the weight of the film and by the end gives a believable and tragic portrayal of someone who doesn’t know how to love or be loved.
