  Never before have I ever gone twice to see a movie in theaters within a span of 3 days.

  That is until today.

  Not only did I not feel anxious to get to the end, but I was even more invested today than I was 3 days ago. It just gets better EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

  My last review still perfectly sums up how I feel about this movie.

  Genuine perfection in every way.

  Enjoyed this.

  Buddy is down bad for his sister so that’s kinda wild.

  For a first time watcher it is pretty slow sometimes, but knowing the lore makes this so much better.

  Has that very old movie feel but holds up over time.

  A Quiet Place: Day One 2024

  This was a huge disappointment. Definitely not worth $18 to see on opening night.

  I had big expectations for this and it fell MASSIVELY short of all of them. Here’s how it went: 20 min set up, 10 minute action, 15 minute boring, 5 minute action and so forth. The slow scenes were supposed to be sentimental but I wasn’t attached to the characters so they felt like just “filling time”.
