Will forever be one of my favorites.

"I have to remind myself that some birds aren't meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice. Still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty that they're gone. I guess I just miss my friend."

The film always puts stones as heavy as mountains on my heart and leaves me not free from it but with a beautifully sad warmth.

Tolle Kamera, schöner Score trotzdem most random Dracula Interpretation allerzeiten. Hier hat für mich eigentlich garnichts funktioniert.

I have to say, viewed as a film and just looking at the story it shows, ignoring the reality, I liked it a lot.
But you clearly have to question the real story and be aware that our hero in this film (Heinrich Harrer) was a Nazi. This is not discussed in this film, which is reprehensible in my opinion.
I only found out after the film through my own research and was very disappointed and angry at the false and glorified image this film cast on Heinrich Harrer.

  • Road House

    Road House

Road House is what you get if the GTA VI trailer and Bud Spencer had a baby.
The story is fucking bla bla bla... but don't take it self too serious.
I laughed a lot because the brutality is just insanely too much, Conor McGregor is so damn funny and because of the awful story. But ngl I had a really good time, even though I felt like a primitive cavemen.
