A close to perfect ending of the best Trilogy ever made.
The omission of the Scouring of the Shire prevents us from seeing Frodo's growth and maturity with his final exchange with Saruman, an unfortunate biproduct of killing Saruman at the start.Minas Tirith is fully realised and Denethor is delightfully insane, I had just wished we got more of his scenes butting head with Gandalf and Faramir.

This Film rushes through the start, although this doesn't mean the start is necessarily bad.
