The Brutalist 2024
I know it can come as unfair comparing it to the likes of Scorsese's work but it's hard not to as that is what it's trying to be but still feels short, especially considering its attempt at that. It can't be overstated how excellent the filmmaking, acting, score, and cinematography are, but there are small shortcomings in giving nuance to its epic tragedy it's trying to tell.
