  At long last, Hallmark's token Hanukkah movie of the year. There is almost no conflict in this story, so it drags a bit. But the Jewish Chicago community here is so delightful, drinks so heavily, and eats so many appetizers, that I wanted to join in on the fun. The movie also encourages lawyers to leave the profession, which I appreciate. And as usual, plus 1 for a Chicago based movie instead of NYC.

  The Christmas Charade 2024

  Hallmark said two things with this film: 1) cops don't need guns and 2) Die Hard IS a Christmas movie. Great stuff.
