Great cast, great writing, so funny. Much of the funny comes from its dynamic editing, which many people on here absolutely detest lol. cutting scenes in the middle of action, middle of somebody screaming etc. Loved it.
I’m ok with the film being an overly blatant satire on the world’s reaction to climate change. I’m ok that the film was long.
Just asked my grandpa what he thinks, and he just says that he agrees with everything I just wrote so that counts for something I think.
not a fan of the music, but this doc is special.
The film itself is so sloppy. It's essentially a bunch of old men (most of whom just seem to be the director's film industry chums) saying very generic things about life, while we are forced to watch a barrage of what seems to be stock video. Just when we are give a whiff of story with substance, the subject is swiftly changed and we go back to the roulette of sub par imagery and what seem to be tea bag phrases. Let the film BREATHE! I felt anxious watching this. Too much editing, not enough breath and space.
