At times, some really effective visual elements, performances, and painfully uncomfortable to watch.

But mostly a bit too stylish with the color and story with conflicting themes and emotions by the end that I wanted to get over but couldn’t.

They should have pushed it further

After years of this show popping up in decks and visual references, I finally sat down to watch and could not stop as each episode played. 

Paul and Daisy’s performances deserved all the recognition and acclaim. Music supervisor and composer deserve the flowers. The cinematography so beautiful and intimate, and perhaps the most emotionally provoking series I’ve seen to date. Sobbing every 30 minutes of this binge. Still sobbing fuck
