Cinema Paradiso strikes a chord that resonates deeply. It’s a story that encapsulates growing up, leaving home, and coming face to face with the reality that most of your past continues to exist. A small movie theater and his bond with Alfredo, the elderly projectionist who turns into a grandfather figure for Salvatore, shapes his entire life.
It’s one of those films that makes you remember long-forgotten people and places from the past. The way it portrays nostalgia how certain memories are tender while others are painful is so very true. Not to mention the ending… man😕
The extortion phone call from early into the movie really made me sit up and pay attention it was so entertaining
Nice to see Taron Egerton have some acting range this is my first time watching him with an American accent Imao, but Jason Bateman's performance can't be ignored he was so cunning in a way you can't help but give your respects to the antagonist
I smiled whenever I saw Hank & Juice on screen
