I love Varda bc she wholesome old halmeoni that films with shaky hands and raps for her own film. Her personality embracing the imperfectness and pov towards interviewee is deeply infused throughout her conversations. I believe it empolys a reflexive mode filmmaking style; Varda's handheld digital camera embraces imperfect clips of gleaners, as participating as a gleaner herself.
