Love, love, love! An absolute masterpiece! The lack of scenography may come across as pretentious but it brilliantly underscores the cruelty and indifference of the town's inhabitants. It’s especially striking in THAT one scene - without walls or barriers, we see the townsfolk carrying on with their lives, oblivious to the horror unfolding right in front of them. This stark minimalism lays their hypocrisy bare. Morally ambiguous, yet immensely satisfying ending.
