But for the lighting, this is styled identically to Ocean’s Twelve and has its same humor. What I mean to say is that, given this film’s warm reception, THIS COMMITTEE OWES AN APOLOGY.
I know why, for plot’s sake, Toby had to see Bree’s penis but what I don’t know is WHY DID I HAVE TO SEE IT? HUH?
Imagine you get back from WAR and your mom is like “no, you don’t like eggs and bacon, it hurts your wittle tum tum” I’d wrap my car around a tree and consider it an upgrade

I started out loving this movie. I loved the buddy dynamic, the humor and the emotion. In classic Spike Lee fashion the movie seemed to perfectly balance light with heavy. I thought the acting was good and the story really had me hooked.
But somewhere along the way the movie just lost me. It wasn’t about anything that happened or didn’t happen, it just felt really long and I lost a lot of my original interest. The ending brought me back some and I got emotional at parts, but I was never as invested as I’d been early on.
