  Novocaine 2025

  Wow, I’m surprised I had as much fun with Novocaine as I did! 4DX didn’t get me motion sickness, thank God, and it added to the fun. The action is brutal at times and the scenes are inventive with one of our leads, who can’t feel any pain.

  I was honestly seated for Amber Midthunder because I’m a fan of her acting since “Prey,” but her and Jack Quaid have such good chemistry that it gives this film heart. I laughed, I winced and I had a blast with “Novocaine”!

  Mickey 17 2025

  ★★★½ Watched 03 Mar 2025 1

  “Mickey 17” is going to be one of the most unique movies of the year. It boasts awesome performances by Robert Pattinson, Naomi Ackie and Mark Ruffalo!

  The film overstays its welcome a bit, though. I’m not sure it’s Bong Joon-ho’s strongest outing, either, but I wonder if it sits better with me over time.

  Visually, “Avatar: The Way of Water” is a 5/5! It’s a step up from the first film, especially with its 3rd act.

  Zoe Saldaña is the standout, delivering the most emotionally charged performance.

  But…the story is shallow and not worthy of the runtime.

  This is just not a great film. 🫣

  Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness 2022

  I loved "Multiverse of Madness"!

  It is as much an MCU movie as it is a Sam Raimi movie.

  There are elements of horror, drama and straight up COSMIC GOODNESS that left my jaw on the ground.

  You've never seen a Marvel movie like this before.
