  O Flamengo supera qualquer lógica e razão simplesmente por ser Flamengo. Uma força da natureza que jamais será superada por qualquer outro time no mundo, pois nenhum outro tem essa característica. Muitos podem tentar diminuir nossos feitos e história, mas a história sempre nos lembra o poder da magnética em ir contra as leis do universo e sempre se superar. O Flamengo é o futebol, e o futebol é o Flamengo. Sem Flamengo, o futebol não existiria.

  Great film, however, I cannot get over Salles' cynicism in this. His billion-dollar net worth comes from the benefits his father had for supporting the military dictatorship in Brazil. There is no ounce of self-reflection and acknowledgment that this story only happened because folks like Salles' dad supported the military government. It is pretty rich that he gets to tell that story and refuses to see the privileges he inherited from this grim moment in Brazilian history.
