This had so many great scenes and cool ideas, but I don't think that makes up for the fact that you can't hear what any of the characters are saying and that the plot is nearly impossible to follow.

Setting up the rules for how precrime worked seemed a bit clunky and convenient for the rest of the story to work out, but I guess it had to be for such an odd premise. Once it got into Cruise being on the run I was hooked and there were a few pretty interesting twists towards the end I didn't see coming. I was also surprised how many silly moments there were. (Ridiculous looking jet pack effects, Cruise jumping off a highway into a yoga class, Cruise chasing his eyeballs down a staircase??)
