Donate here to support the Palestinian villages Masafer Yatta and the South Hebron Hills.

Infuriating. As Maddie noted, never have left a quieter theater.

So much to say. For now I’ll just note that the standout element here was Basel and Yuval’s different understandings of the occupation. Yuval, new to this side of the wall, was frustrated and confused why his articles fell on deaf ears amongst “progressive” Israelis and the broader world. Basel, who’d spent his whole life face…

    ANTIFASCIST/ANTICAPITALIST CINEMA

This entry is going to be similar to my one for 'Standing Above The Clouds' by Jalena Keane-Lee. I grew up in Hawaii from 1994-2008. My life there was amazing...due to many of the atrocities illustrated in this film.

Although the experiences of the Big Island are slightly different from those on Kauai (our hometown Kevin Costner movie was Waterworld, not Dragonfly), almost all of the issues locals face are identical.

    It's always been a wish of mine…
