  Partially “What the ever loving fuck?!?!” and then the rest is partially mid. Great acting, decent story, but not the best ending. Personally I could watch oodles n oodles of these movies if Hollywood made more films in this hyper-specific sci-fi, Lovecracftian horror, slightly alien invasion-esque genre, but I digress.   This movie is just so bizarre. I feel like it’s trying to both push viewers towards and away from religion while giving Tim Burton Terminator vibes. I’m upset that I missed out on 9 as a little kid because I think 6 y/o me would’ve loved it and probably would be giving it 5 stars instead. The animation was good enough for me but I could understand how whiney little bitches might not like it. This movie should have more love and while I don’t think that it should get a sequel I do really want to know what would’ve been next.
