  More like a 3.75 but yeah I really really enjoyed this until the third act completely hits the brakes and the movie runs completely out of steam :( big disappointment I was really rooting for this

  Just ridiculous, Scorsese made a 3 hour long true story Western mob/quasi-genocide movie work so well and make it consistently gripping and heartwrenching - the ending was maybe the most perfect way of capping it off too, just as you think it’s lost its tone it swings right back. Gonna be thinking about this for a long long time, great fucking film wow!!!!

  What a time for a film about an indigenous group of people being exploited and murdered for the value of the land they live on 🇵🇸

  Eggers strikes again <3

  Absolute banger, full of practical effects and lovely gory bits & gorgeous gothic production design

  I’ve literally never seen an adaptation of Dracula so I was completely unaware of the plot lmao

  Really really great, seen a lot of people not enjoying Aaron Taylor-Johnson but I think he played a poncey rich guy quite well

  WILLEM DAFOE JUST DOING THE BAXTER GODWIN VOICE AGAIN TOO LMAOOOO

  Pacing is a bit of a problem but I’m hoping the extended cut might iron some of that out!!! (as I did with Eggers’ last major studio movie too womp womp)
