  Rewatched for Sardonicast. I have always loved this movie. I haven’t watched this since I was very young and was very illiterate when it comes to movies. Rewatching this as an adult, I’ve realized that this is much better than I expected.

  The Last of Us Part II could have learned some stuff from this tbh.

  Absolutely loved everything from the animation to the themes and the music. All of the characters were incredibly well written and did not in the slightest feel unnecessary. The animation was absolutely beautiful and never felt aged. The score was really well done and memorable, and it hit all of the emotions just right.

  Favorite parts:

  –"Wait, if you’re there, then that means……"

  – *After getting their head bashed in by the sink* "Ugh, look what you did!"

  –"Why are you smoking?" "Fuck you, Missy, they keep me skinny!"

  –The slap fight

  –The way the cop explains the situation and then just leaves like an NPC 

  Good job, Grayce and Carter! That was fun!
