  This is my third John Carpenter movie to date. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It hit all the classic Carpenter points: the soundtrack is on point, the jump scares were great, and the story was simple. Carpenter shows us the importance of focusing and excelling on the basics.

  If I was rating this based on the horror genre it would be a 4/5.
