Honestly, this was a big disappointment. For me, the biggest problem of this movie is that you don't actually get to know Anora enough to feel empathy for her. You never get to know her, you just know she's a hooker and that she wants to have money.

The Substance 2024
Definitely one of the best movies of the year. I don't give it 5 starts only because the final scenes were... weird. Maybe I didn't understand the message it wanted to leave, but for me they seemed quite unnecessary.
The movie is not as gross or disturbing as people say. The Boys is more disturbing than this movie, and that's a lot saying.
