La película homenajea al cine clase b, mientras se burla del cine comercial. John Waters ya andaba adelantado hacia lo que sería Marvel. Lo crítica, y ataca al sistema y a Hollywood.
Muy meta y exagerada, medio edgy, pero divertida. Aunque, incluso creo que pudo ser mas corta.
El opening credits, el tatuaje de Lynch y Spike Lee son de lo mejor.
