Although at times I’d say the pacing was a little slow the film masterfully played with expectations and left me surprised which i find rare in recent films. The performances were strong and layered and without spoiling anything felt very relevant to today without pandering or simplifying the conversation. Maybe the film could be insensitive at times but I have to applaud its brave subject matter.
