  i love the animation in this movie so much. it’s just so satisfying to watch. i loved learning how they made use of frame rate in a really unique and unexpected way to make a more hand-animated feel, without making it seem jittery!

  the only time i was surprised for a lack of cannibalism.
  anyways i loved it. i loved how it was dark but somehow comedic at the same time.

  i think a lot of people miss the point that it isn’t meant to be true horror or scary. it’s supposed to catch you off guard and give a message about art, burn out, and the loss of passion for art of any form. the ending is a little anti-climatic, sure but… it passes in my book.
