Fantastical horror fastball down the middle. Perfectly enjoyable & watchable, had fun with it. This’ll be a great “why not” Netflix watch for most. Cast is great, story’s easy.

The Brutalist 2024
I can’t remember the last time I wanted to deeply know a movie’s every character. So much of what I’ve seen this year forces story & theme down your throat, but The Brutalist trusts the cast to take us there. I’m usually the first to complain about film length, but I leaned in for all 3.5 hours (and enjoyed where the film broke for intermission for analysis with viewing pals).
