  Watched this with my resident movie connoisseur Elizabeth and had quite the experience!! Was fully expecting people to be eaten but I was pleasantly surprised this wasn’t the case. Generally, the metaphor of the menu as consumerism and the overarching anticapitalist themes rlly tickled my poetry bone.

  My only complaints were the overuse of music (lizzy and I really agreed on this) and also I was a little confused abt the chase scene>:/

  this was really cute. I can't believe this is my first time watching it. It feels like the kind of movie that would have been formative in my childhood. Hallie is the gay twin. And also I am saving pictures of Elizabeth's haircut for inspiration as we speak. Thanks to my gf for showing this warming work to me and forcing me to watch it. I hope that if I ever have a set of devious redheaded twins they would do the same for me.
