I mean come on. What needs to be said here. Tragic story for the children and  an effed up rise and fall story of the so-called adults around them.

Beautiful film handled with much care from an excellent filmmaker with a sensitive, delicate touch. This director is not as widely known yet, but he’s well on his way to auteur status.

There is nothing overdone in this film. No dramatic ups and downs, no booming score with huge crescendos, no big climactic showdown even. But you are entirely engrossed throughout, and there are gorgeous moments that linger long past the end credits.
