  Absolutely conquered by this movie. The storyline, the actors, the building of tension: everything was there to honor this masterpiece of French literature.
  Didn’t feel the almost 3 hours, I was totally in the movie and Pierre Niney was perfect in the role.

  Cinematography and characters on point with beautiful colors and scenes , but the plot was not that well elaborated and some parts could be quite repetitive.  Timothée Chalamet is perfect for the role, creating a more joyful Wonka than the previous adaptations.
   Will say that the 2005 film remains my favorite version ( even thought I know they were made to be different) as it is more dynamic and makes us really dive deep into the world of Charlie and the other golden ticket winners.
