Wes Anderson has been known to be a little much in some movies, this one was the perfect balance of dialogue, visuals, and storylines.
Also my first Wes Anderson film watched in theaters…so it definitely has a special place in my heart.

A24 has become lazy with their story writing, especially in horror movies. The “hidden” metaphor of grief behind every little thing needs to be retired. You can’t use gore as a sub for predictability.
