Hands down best Beatles musical. This film has actual good singers. Is super fun and campy and has some groovy/radical messages

Cheesy ass propaganda. Great stunts

Love brutalist, Escher-esque, German expressionist sets and shots that portray the disorienting, oppressive mood of the text. The acting was as expected from some of the greats, fantastic. Some of the choices I wasn’t in love with but overall a very creative film and something we should have more of!

Just amazing acting and casting for Glinda and Elphaba!! Fantastic music. A bit long on the school, but Oz was the best! A lot of the choreography was the same each song, very stomp heavy and “in the heights” feely (which I remembered had the same director) but over all very fun movie!

It’s long, lingering shots seem to be aiming for profound and deep, but after what feels like an eternity, the only thing that deepens is your boredom.
