    Oh, what a hard watch. Although convoluted at times, I was surprised by the integrity of following such an interesting plot line that did not solely rely on gore and did include paranormal activity at all! I appreciated the lack of cheap thrill tactics, as the story of Texas Chainsaw Massacre is based off of is horrendous enough in reality. Although, I may need to be incentivized to watch this one again, maybe if I’m really needing the adrenaline that day. Even for a horror lover, this one was a lot.

    Oddly enough, I have idolized Clarice Starling ever since watching Silence of the Lambs for the first time. It also helps how wonderfully made the movie is. If I manage to give a top five, this movie would the list every single time.
