  every frame is stunningly gorgeous. sweet depiction of girlhood; giggling and crying with her bestie over boys, academic victim + dropout era, post failed situationship floor time, and the relentless, relentess writing after a heartbreak (girlie would have loved the notes app)

  only unrealistic part was how supportive all the adults in her life were. if i told my mama i wanted to drop out because of personal trials she'd make sure to give me a trial so personal i'd feel it on my face for the next 3 days
