Such a good premise and incredible first half led to such an unsatisfying ending…
It seems like this film was unsure of what it wants to be - does it want to tell the story of extremism and modern Nazis or does it want to be a tale of terrorism and crime in the 80s America.
Unsure till the end it leaves us with such disappointment - what could have been a great story on what pushes people to such extremes and a commentary on Modern America, ends up being a mediocre thriller (albeit with beautiful cinematography)…

Maybe because I grew up in Poland, where the memory of Holocaust and WW2 is still everywhere, this was not an emotional watch to me at all.
The only sequence I found moving, was the ladies cleaning the Oswiecim museum at the end in present times.
Frankly speaking, I found this film quite boring.. the meaning of it was basically to show that people are so easy to ignore the evil happening just around the corner if it suits them,…
