  The Thing 1982

  Probably the best body horror film, because even 42 years after its release I really felt the tension when there was the thing on screen! Very rare for horror films this "old", it's usually goofy in some way. Not in this big ass game of whodunnit.

  It's just too bad neither of the two sides knows how to take into account the enemy's strengths and weaknesses, for that reason and that reason only isn't not a masterpiece for me. A bit smarter and it would have done it.

  The 4K Arrow remaster is gorgeous, I highly recommend watching this version if you can.

  Je n'aurai probablement jamais l'explication de certaines scènes, une au début et une à la fin, mais c'était quand même fascinant de bout en bout.
  Et pour une fois ce qui tournait autour de l'informatique était extrêmement proche de la réalité, merci, ça vend bien mieux l'histoire pour les nerds comme moi.

  (et pour information, 0.5 BTC à l'époque de l'intrigue ça valait environ $10k)
