  Did not like the ending, did not feel realistic and left me wanting something more tragic, where the character is responsible for their actions. I felt like I was missing something at the end and just didn’t get it. I read online that because Roma was honest with herself, she was able to grow in her relationship, yet that’s not what we saw. She was never honest with her husband, but instead got caught, therefore I can’t buy into the…

  The pre-viewing documentary helped. Only thing I was confused about was how the man sitting next to me managed to stay asleep (fully snoring) through the nuke scene. 

  The problem with me is that when I’m exited to see a new movie, I can sometimes be too exited to focus. I think this happened the first time I watched it. Even if I hadn’t researched a bit before this time, the movie just felt a lot easier to follow. Obviously I can’t say this for everyone but just my experience!
