When George Orwell said all great pieces of media are political this what he meant but also! This makes me think about what we just debated in one of my classes where genre really factors into a films ability to be popular like I think if this movie focused more on doing their own thing and breaking out of their genre instead of blending 2 together (sci-fi and comedy) it could have been way better idk it just felt like they tried too hard with the jokes and it took away from the main story

Woooowww that was one of the most racist and misogynistic movies I've watched in a while it actually made me so sick to my stomach I hated this. Sometimes you make a movie trying to do some sort of commentary and then it literally just perpetuates those same ideas like there was 0 redeeming qualities in any of the characters except the gas station clerk and yeah anyway now I'm upset and I hated this movie and you should too!
