Of course it's an important movie but Sean penn's performance kept taking me out of it. Not sure why he kept doing that voice and affectation when the real Harvey milk didn't look and sound like that. Keeps reminding me that straight people will always have difficulties portraying queer characters cause they can sympathize but not empathize. Please give us more queer movies with actual queer actors...

Unthinkable 2010
Incredible bit of propaganda considering how often the CIA has used torture to no ends in the past. Torture has never worked as an interrogation method because in the end people will simply lie to get you to stop hurting them but movies like this make people think that it's fine cause we can just dehumanize people if they don't have our beliefs or skincolor right?
