A Ghost Story 2017
If Beetlejuice was written for adults instead of children, I imagine it would look something like this film. Highlighting specific hardship’s that come along with adulthood such as loss & grieving, choices & coping, love & heartache and so on. This film offers interesting perspective on the afterlife & paranormal activity, as mentioned above it reminds me a lot of Beetlejuice and similar themes can be found in A Ghost Story. Not a horror film by any means if that is what one is expecting. But a must watch regardless for anyone who is not a child.
