Those first 40 minutes tho - roller coaster.
Garbage jury selection by both defense and prosecution. They chose 1) guy who was recently left by his partner, lost child (bias), 2) at least two jurors who were vocally disinterested in participating and would rather just convict so they can go home, 3) someone who’s been lead juror for 2 mistrials (??), 4) an actual detective (???), and 5) the murderer.
