The Gospel According to Matthew 1964
Kind of ironic that one of (if not) the best and most faithful cinematic adaptations of the Gospel comes from a Marxist, atheist director. Conclave 2024
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

Mickey 17 2025
Bong is really in his bag on this one. Like all of his films, Mickey 17 has a lot of social commentary. Some might say too much, as it never really seems to find its footing as it juggles so many different ideas and tones. Additionally, I never felt like there was anything particular insightful or clever (so much exposition 😭) explored in its themes.
However, Robert Pattinson is a delight and absolutely kills it. The silliness of his character really made this a salvageable watch.
