PEAK - the BEST Mission: Impossible, but not my personal favorite. What more is there to say really? It’s got great pacing, great cinematography, great characters, amazing action, crazy stunts, a unique “world ending” trope, etc. It’s got everything you need in an action and adventure movie. Wedding Crashers 2005
You know for a com-rom (more comedy than romance), it’s quite insightful. It’s not just blah and boring and atypical which is why I think I have always enjoyed this movie. I also love the quote “We have no way of knowing what lays ahead for us in the future. All we can do is use the information at hand to make the best decision possible” that Christopher Walken says. For a movie that starts off about lying and manipulating women, it sure as hell hits hard. Take a chance why don’t ya!
