John Adams 2008
What a fantastic historical epic series by HBO. It’s been so long since I’ve seen a series with such brilliant storytelling through the writing, acting, cinematography, and music. Whether it’s accurate or not, doesn’t change how entertaining and fascinating it was to learn about the American Revolution and the 2nd President of the United States John Adams.
If you love history and an insight into great storytelling, I strongly recommend watching this series!

Really well made movie.
This film favors creepiness and tension compared to overall generic jump scares and extreme horror.
The story is very well established with elaborate world building and it's presented in a realistic and captivating way.
When I say realistic I mean realistic reactions the characters have between each other and what their actions consist of when handling a situation.
The premise is creepy enough as it is on it's own, but the origins behind the main protagonist…

Equilibrium 2002
It's an interesting concept but wasn't portrayed very well.
It's boring and inconsistent with it's world building rules.
The gun Kata fight sequences are cool however they suffer from over editing, by using too many cuts to change into various different angles in the space of Nano-seconds.
Every character is boring INCLUDING the protagonist.
I understand what the film was trying to preach, but it just falls flat on its face.
