Evil Dead Rise 2023
Watched this movie between my semester exams. First half was okay okayish horror mainly due to jump scares. The second d half was just zrrr zrrrr chap chap chap chap. Too much gore scenes. On the greater down side it wasn't able to achieve that uncomfortable feeling in me for which I usually look for in horrors. Although audience in theatre makes much of it a comedy one, when I was at the theatres, it was quite empty but still.
Ah, I loved the starting title sequence.

Beautiful narrative and the actions and the screenplay was very apt to the story going by. Loved the way they showed how a small looking problem could turn into a huge one when it is constantly affecting someone that sensitive, the consequences of deteriorating mental health.
