Came for Tom Hiddleston stayed for the gothic aesthetic.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie. I found the storyline to be interesting and inviting. The cast executed their roles to perfection, especially Jessica Chastain I found she was remarkable in portraying her twisted character.I am a big fan of the horror genre, but this is no horror movie as such. Instead I believe it to be a dark gothic love story, including a sick love triangle with blood literally…

Jonah Hill ~ jack of all trades
I really liked how this film was shot on Super 16 mm, if someone showed me this and told me it was made in the 90s I would believe them. Jonah Hill did a really great job of portraying that 90s skater era. Everything about this is nostalgic.
Fourthgrade was my personal favourite character I could really resonate with his personality, being the the quite and reserved friend of the group.

Can this film hang in a museum because it is artwork.
I can’t believe it has taken me so long to watch this film. From the first scene to the last I felt as though I was beside Chihiro, following her through this mystical and breathtaking adventure.
Everything about Spirited Away is perfection, from the beautiful cinematography and music score to the lovable, yet eccentric characters.
