Yeah so I watched this Saturday because I had always been meaning to watch it and what a regrettable choice. I couldn’t believe how many songs were crammed into this. I didn’t even know it was kind of a musical but I learned that very quickly with the opening scene. This just felt like a money grab after a very successful original and remake. If this re-remake brings the story to whole new generation that also ends up watching the…

Heartwarming and an original piece that is only refreshing and leads me to seek more of these films. Had the ending been different I could see myself easily giving this a higher score. This was a great film and my second film noir. This inspired me to add Rear Window to my watchlist. My favorite part of the whole film was the long one-take shots that started with a wide shot and ended up being unbelievably close. The director used these a few times.

Solid film that was enjoyable and creative and new. Huge cast and big budget. The use of pink was unbelievable and the cast was never ending. I sniped the intro’s nod to 2001 a Space Odyssey. I also felt like this film had Cat in the Hat setting vibes and Truman-esque approach to living the same life and other people are in on it until Margot Robbie realized she needed to save herself. Really appreciated the creativity behind it and happy I saw it. Will Farrell was a great addition.
