Taking away the cultural insensitivity and borderline if not outright transphobia, which is a tall fucking ask mind you, the thing that’s the most surprising about this one is that it’s just, not that good.

How do I review this movie? I can't. My rating for this film bounces around for it so much with each watch. It is a bit of a mess, and objectively dry and devoid of characters, but it may be the most 'me' film there is. Maybe it is the choices in editing, or cinematography, or production design, or basically everything, but I can watch this movie again and again, and every time find myself so drawn in, and smiling…
