Such a well done “real” feeling documentary that really emphasizes the difficulty of days in the high alpine. I’m sad there’s not more documentaries that portray this amount of realness in terms of the endurance and mental tenacity required when mountain climbing. I felt like I was there in that portaledge suffering with them; relating it to my own epics on them while climbing. When “Heartbeats” come on, I get this idyllic and nostalgic feeling of the “bigness” it means to be a mountaineer; you feel so incredibly small and realize what your life is worth. Meru is art.

Gory. Gross. Weirdly captivating. I can’t express how much I love Tarantino’s style of portraying something as crazy as a group of nazi hunters with a sense of humor. Interesting alternate ending as I thought it would follow real events; Brad Pitt did a intentionally terrible job which I loved, and Waltz’s acting CHILLED me… he’s almost too good

INSPIRING. Love the soundtrack; I feel like zuck was portrayed more evil than he is in reality, but what do I know about billionaires.
