I like to call this a ‘train to London need to download before I run out of internet quick fire Netflix selection’.
You can’t really go wrong with the concept, it’s always good fun, but when the time came to explain the why, I wanted to turn it off. “Because the Earth is hell.” That’s genuinely all they could come up with. Like what? Just be quiet. Made me want to blow up the train I’m on.

Small cast, simple concept, exceptional acting, and dialogue so perfectly written. A proper fucking film.

A Complete Unknown 2024
It feels like a desperate attempt to pinpoint this period in Bob Dylan’s life that it forgets the emotion required for a story to work. Instead of exploring and connecting with the characters, the film rushes through key moments of development, leaving you struggling to find and feel the heart of the relationships.
However, even without being fully invested in story, the film itself still gave me chills several times. And I’ll probably see it again, just to witness Big Timmy with a guitar doing a pretty damn good Bob Dylan impression.

Perfect Days 2023
God I’m glad I sat down to watch this last night. Found myself quite emotional by the end with that Groundhog Day routine speaking so vividly to me. It’s just so moving and beautiful in its simplicity; a powerful reflection on the dangers of routine and the importance of appreciating life’s smaller moments.
