The Wolf of Wall Street 2013
The darkest comedy… I hated it but they did such a good job making me hate it.
And also crazy that Scorsese essentially tried to remake this movie with Killers of the Flower Moon in terms of focusing on a white male antihero and - while not necessarily redeeming him - humanizing him. Killers of the Flower Moon was the completely wrong subject to do that with though, whereas here I think it kinda works.

The Wild Robot 2024
Some beautiful nature scenes and it of course tugged at the heartstrings. But I found it largely unoriginal and the messaging too simplistic, even for a kid’s movie. Perhaps this is my fault for expecting something more in the vein of solar punk.
